Seeing such incredible growth in the UK market and outstanding online sales, that brought its own challenges in making sure it had the right team of people in-house to deal with systems, processes and scaling the business with its ambitious growth plans. With that in mind, Free Soul has tasked Strategy Hand to:
Provide advice and assistance in relation to the recruitment of in-house staff. Strategy Hand also performed various searches over the past 18 months and has recruited several team members, performed the necessary right to work and reference checks and continues to advise and dedicate its time and professionalism to aiding Arjun and the team at Free Soul to focus on growing, whilst continuing to provide dedicated search abilities.
